What happens if my payment fails?
There are a number of reasons why your order payment may have failed. Please contact our Customer Service team by sending an email to sservice@drtret.com with the subject line "Payment Failed" and providing your details and/or a screenshot of the problem (if possible).

Where is my order confirmation number?
Order confirmation numbers are only generated for online orders - once you have successfully placed your online order, you will receive an email with the order details.

Why does my order status say "Pending Payment"?
Typically, when a payment fails, it will say "Payment in Progress". However, if your payment actually failed, you should have received an email from us with instructions on how to retry your payment.
Unable to retry your payment or didn't receive the payment failure email?
Please do not recreate your order to prevent duplication! Please contact our Customer Service department via email: service@drtret.com with the subject line "Payment in Progress" and we will send you a link for another payment attempt!
Paid but order status not updated after 24 hours?
Our Customer Service team can help verify your payment and resend your order confirmation email. Contact us via email: service@drtret.com and enter "Order Your Stay" as the subject line.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
Unfortunately, once you've successfully placed your order, we are unable to make any further changes, such as updating the shipping method or changing the quantity of your beauty kit. As Jrgqke is not responsible for exchanges or refunds for packages delivered to the wrong address, we always recommend that you check your baggage and shipping details before checking out!

Delivery
My order is being prepared for shipment/in transit. What does this mean?
Hurry! Your order has been packed and left the Jrgqke warehouse! At this stage, you will receive email updates from us with your package tracking number. Please allow approximately 72 hours for tracking to become available.
What delivery options are available and how long does it take to ship?
Below are suggestions for delivery options and estimated delivery times.

During unforeseen circumstances such as sales periods, holidays and extreme weather events, delivery may take longer.
Delivery is available on weekdays only (excluding public holidays).
Do you fulfil orders on holidays?
We want you to receive your order as quickly as possible, but our warehouses and courier partners are closed on public holidays. We kindly ask for your understanding when it comes to processing your order or shipping it the next business day.
