Order Processing Time
When will I receive my tracking number?
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day.
It will take about 2-4 business days for our store to store inventory and package. Then, when your order is ready to ship, tracking will be available and sent to you. Please allow extra time for your order to be processed during holidays and sales.
If you do not receive tracking confirmation within 5 business days from the day your payment was made, please contact us.
If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing may be delayed.
When will I receive my order?
We proudly offer worldwide shipping via USPS and YunExpress.
Please be informed that your order will be processed for storage, packaging, and shipping to the address you provided. We commit to the delivery time to you as per the table below:

RISK-FREE SHIPPING
If for any reason your goods do not arrive within 60 days, you will receive a FULL refund for that item. This is our promise to you! If there is any missing order, please let us know here. We will investigate (usually took 3-5 business days) and send you another one after drawing conclusions.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
The prices displayed on our website are tax-free in US dollars, which means that you may be required to pay customs duties and taxes upon receipt of your order.
Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order reaches its destination as determined by your local customs office. These fees and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the address is entered correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to our strict shipping schedules. Please double check the address you entered as we are NOT responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the buyer.
If your order arrives in your country and:
- The customer refuses to accept the package
- Multiple attempts are made to deliver the package in the destination country.
Our team reserves the right to cancel the package and is not responsible for any refunds.
