Returns and refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
If you have changed your mind about a product, we allow returns and exchanges. All returns and exchanges due to change of mind are subject to our Returns and Exchanges policy within 30 days of receipt of your order, subject to the following conditions:
– The item must be in its original purchased condition and the packaging must be unopened, unused, unmarked and not damaged in any way.
– Items purchased in sets or multi-packs must be returned in their entirety.
– This returns policy does not apply to items designated as non-exchangeable or non-returnable.
– For online orders, we are not responsible for the shipping costs of returning the product.
– Your rights under applicable consumer law are additional and are not affected by the above returns and exchanges policy. Have you met all the requirements? You can contact our Customer Service Department by sending an email to service@drtret.com, typing "Return/Exchange" in the subject line and providing your order number and the name of the item you wish to return.
What is the returns process? / How do I return items purchased online?
To return a product purchased online, please contact our customer service department at the following email address: service@drtret.com and include the following details in your inquiry:
- Order number,
– Item name
- Reason for return
Please do not throw away or discard any of the items you mentioned!

If you return this item, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your replacement product to arrive may vary.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you when your refund has been approved or denied.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and the refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within the specified number of days.
Damaged, incorrect or missing items (if applicable)
First of all, we apologize that you received a damaged, incorrect or missing item/prize in your package! Therefore, please contact our customer service to let us know. Contact our customer service by email at: service@drtret.com with the subject "Missing element",
"Wrong item" or "Damaged/expired item". We also ask you to provide the following data in the form:
– Photo of the item/package received
– Name of the item
- Order number

Cancellations or changes
Orders are automatically processed within 12 hours of confirmation. For cancellations and changes, please contact us as soon as possible within the deadlines below.
Your order can only be cancelled within 12 hours of order confirmation. In case of any late request, you will have to pay some fees
We will accept changes to the order (such as color or size changes) if notified within 24 hours of order confirmation.
Requests for order modifications after 24 hours of order confirmation may not be accepted.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the amount of your refund. Your gift certificate will be mailed to you once we receive your returned item.
If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves to forward later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver and notify them of your refund.
